Looking for Real Estate Agent in Georgia

Hi, my name is Gervon Mesidor. I'm 22 years old and I've always had a passion for Real Estate since I graduated high school in 2016. Rich Dad, Poor Dad by Robert Kiyosaki has put me on the path to wanting financial freedom for myself and provided me the Financial IQ I needed to take control of my life and escape the rat race. I have many things I want to accomplish through real estate. One of them is building generational wealth for my family that comes after. Now, I will admit that life has pushed me around here and there since then but I'm now ready to take ACTION no matter what I have to do. My plan is to do the BRRRR strategy and for the "Rent" step, I plan on doing a lease option with great tenants. I'm currently looking in the Marietta, Fayetteville, Alpharetta, and Griffin markets. If there are any real estate agents who are already selling distressed properties in those markets, will you help me complete my first deal and future deals together? Thank you for taking the time to read this lengthy post!

Hey @Gervon Mesidor, best advice I can give you is to create your own direct to seller campaign. Many new investors reach out to agents expecting them to provide great deals on a silver platter. The reality is this is one of the most competitive markets we've seen in Atlanta. Anything listed by an agent is not going to be a strong BRRRR candidate. Pour all your learning and efforts into deal flow. That is your biggest key to success. Best of luck.
