Hi, my name is Gervon Mesidor. I'm 22 years old and I've always had a passion for Real Estate since I graduated high school in 2016. Rich Dad, Poor Dad by Robert Kiyosaki has put me on the path to wanting financial freedom for myself and provided me the Financial IQ I needed to take control of my life and escape the rat race. I have many things I want to accomplish through real estate. One of them is building generational wealth for my family that comes after. Now, I will admit that life has pushed me around here and there since then but I'm now ready to take ACTION no matter what I have to do. My plan is to do the BRRRR strategy and for the "Rent" step, I plan on doing a lease option with great tenants. I'm currently looking in the Marietta, Fayetteville, Alpharetta, and Griffin markets. Hey @Gervon Mesidor, best advice I can give you is to create your own direct to seller campaign. Many new investors reach out to agents expecting them to provide great deals on a silver platter. The reality is this is one of the most competitive markets we've seen in Atlanta. Anything listed by an agent is not going to be a strong BRRRR candidate. Pour all your learning and efforts into deal flow. That is your biggest key to success. Best of luck.
