Hi, my name is Gervon Mesidor. I'm 22 years old and I've always had a passion for Real Estate since I graduated high school in 2016. Rich Dad, Poor Dad by Robert Kiyosaki has put me on the path to wanting financial freedom for myself and provided me the Financial IQ I needed to take control of my life and escape the rat race. I have many things I want to accomplish through real estate. One of them is building generational wealth for my family that comes after. Now, I will admit that life has pushed me around here and there since then but I'm now ready to take ACTION no matter what I have to do. My plan is to do the BRRRR strategy and for the "Rent" step, I plan on doing a lease option with great tenants. I'm currently looking in the Marietta, Fayetteville, Alpharetta, and Griffin markets.
