Sending handwritten letters to FSBO
So as a realtor in New York, the government has banned cold-calls due to the pandemic. What are your thoughts on making a hand-written letter addressed to newly FSBO homes. Has anyone seen or heard success from doing this or know of any good scripts?

I was using hand written letters before the pandemic. I feel I get a better response rate because people are more likely to open and read a hand addressed letter.
It is time consuming since I personally write all of my letters. I don’t use the pre-printed letters.
