Efficiently Pulling MLS Data
I'm trying to help one of my fellow investors who doesn't have a license to pull MLS data for sales price/rent data. Everything I've tried is very mechanical and i'm only able to export 100 lines of data at a time into excel and we are looking to go back multiple years over the entire Dallas Fort Worth Metro.
Does anyone know of an efficient way to get data dumps? I'm guessing there isn't a good way since this system is archaic but if anyone knows how I would appreciate the help.
