Brokerages to join in Philly area as a Real Estate Investor

Tom Veit
Posted

Hi everyone,

I'm a new real estate investor in the Philly area looking at potentially getting my license to have MLS access. I have a full time job so I am not looking to be an agent unless sought after by a friend or colleague.

What are the most investor friendly brokerages to join with low fees, hands-off, etc.

Thanks folks,

Tom

If you’re looking for a more hands off brokerage that won’t micromanage your every move then eXp Realty can be a great choice. The monthly fee is $85 with a 80/20 agent split. You can also keep 100% commissions on 3 personal transactions per year, which makes it great for investors.
