Finding new clients in 2020

Hi fellow agents and brokers. I am wondering what people are doing to generate new clients these days? I feel my sphere is overworked and is not producing me any clients lately. Is anyone investing money in their websites, or facebook ads? Id love to hear what other agents are doing to keep business consistent.

Thanks for sharing.

@Rich Hupper

Write down everyone you know, 200 people, and call 10 a day for about a month and remind them. For Facebook ads listen to some GaryVee on very targeted, 40 different personalized thoughtful ads targeted to: town, neighborhood, sports teams, school parent groups, local fire department, Scouts, etc. Do a presentation at a REIA, call Estate Attorneys, call accountants, network with the people who are ahead of the home buying processes. Get back to the boots on the ground fundamentals, Best of luck!

@Frank Hinck Hey Frank thanks for the reply. How is your business doing this year? Consistent leads? Referrals or ads?

@Rich Hupper

My personal business is commercial construction, I’m in Twin Cities, MN and we’re doing well now. It was crickets in March-April so we got back to marketing efforts, Zoom happy hours and just reminding folks we were there to help them.

Virtual meetups and event are going strong. As you mentioned, ads in websites where your potential clients would be visiting is also a safe bet.

Do you get leads to your individual website or from paid zillow, realtor.com and google ads?

@Rich Hupper I personal do not use paid ads on those websites, but people I know who do, yes they do. They get tons of qualified leads week after week.

Hey steve thanks for the reply. I will look into this. Do you ever pay for paper or email contact lists to mail to?

@Rich Hupper

I have not paid for list in email form or similar. Curious to hear if that's been a success for others as well
