Thanks Kyle all reach out, seems like the growth of Murfreesboro doesn’t justify buying a rental property in that location but possibly a surrounding area. I am interested in your first hand experience.

My self and my partner are looking to begin searching for our first rental property. We currently live in Nashville and franklin TN. Our current strategy points to Murfreesboro TN as the ideal location based on our initial research but would be open to further discussion or pivoting our current plans if data supports other areas with greater opportunity. We are currently looking to purchase 1 house every yr, and are looking for a agent who will be with us for the long run. Please reach out with any other questions you may have.
