Thinking about getting Licensed to work Part-time Madison WI Exp

Hi BP!

Due to Covid-19 I will be jobless for the summer since my teaching appointment is for 9 months and my summer class has been cancel.  I have been thinking to ways to maximize that time and perhaps it is a good time to get my license. I invest in multifamily rentals and plan to do flips, so I could use the license for my own deals but I also have helped some families in the past with the process of getting a house but due to lacking the license end up recommending one. I would like to continue my current teaching position so I would like to get your inputs on getting licensed for working only part-time, as well as what would be the brokerage that could fit my situation. I talked to an Exp agent and it seems to be a low cost entry but any additional input from the BP community will are greatly appreciated. Stay Healthy!
