Indianapolis Home Inspectors
Hi Everyone
I am going to invest in the Indianapolis area and was looking for some recommendations for a thorough home inspector? Thank you
I use:
Jim Schwarz
Center Grove Real Estate Inspections, LLC
Thank you Ziv - appreciate your feedback
I also highly recommend Jim Schwarz - his background is HVAC, so he is especially good with that. Another couple that I like for investment properties is Markham Inspectors, they are a father/son team that can get into properties fast if you are on a time crunch. And Joe Holland Inspections -- he has a background in construction. PM me if you need contact info for any of them.

Hi, @Florian Kuehne! I invest out of state in Indianapolis and have a couple inspection companies I have used. Are you purchasing a pre-rehabbed property or TK? If using TK, see if they have already done the work of having a 3rd party inspection completed on the property before spending the extra money to have another inspection completed. Many times you may find that if you can review an inspection that has already been completed and any issues from that report repaired and verified, you may not need to order your own. DM if you'd like to discuss further.
Hi all,
thank you so much :-).
If one of you has the contact info handy and could send, I would greatly appreciate it, otherwise I will google it.
Thank you all!!!
@Florian Kuehne If you DM me I'll share my 2 favorite inspectors with you. One even includes what he thinks it will cost to repair everything. I just don't make recommendations publicly bc it's too permanent and my opinions change about people.
Thanks jeb - just messaged you
