New Real estate Agent closing Deal
Have any new Real Estate Agents Closed a deal within their first 30 days?

It's highly unlikely. Even if you have a buyer and/or seller that has everything ready to go and gets a contract accepted on the day you get your license, it's usually at least a 30+ day process from getting a contract accepted until you actually close. And that's IF you have someone ready to go. Most agents spend their first few months in the business prospecting and just trying to get clients.
Most new agents that I have met did not close their first deal for at least 3-6+ months from the time they get licensed.
