Does having a real estate license hinder you from doing creative deals (wholesale, private financing, flips, etc) or help?

Also. Once you get your license, how do you get access to the MLS?

@India Brown short answer is no - having your license does NOT hinder you from doing creative deals. Look at David Green, co-host of the BiggerPockets podcast, he does all sorts of creative deals and he's an agent with Keller Williams. 

Pro Tip: get a picture for your profile.
