@Brad Bellstedt

Thank you and I have heard amazing things about Keller Williams training! The only thing discouraging me would be the cap rate but as you said I can change after the 1 year.

When you refer to the brokerages who let you keep more of your commission , who would you suggest?

- do you see this available at more independent brokerages or more corporation/franchise brokerages ?

Thank you,

Nicole M Harmon

@Abel Curiel

Also, was there a significant difference from working for a small brokerage compared to Keller Williams?

I am currently leaning towards Keller Williams due to they’re training reputation.

I just passed my Real Estate Exam, and now its time to choose which brokerage I will work under for my first year of supervision.

Any recommendations on who to and not to sign with?

As a Real Estate Agent, Landlord, and/or Property Manager, what are things you look for when seeking Real Estate Cleaning Services ? Also, what are some problems or complications you’ve come across while seeking these cleaning services?

If you have any local recommendations, please leave them as well!

Investors,

When it comes to building your REI Portfolio, an Agent and/or Wholesaler can play a huge role in your level of success.

I know all investors have their own preference to whom they work with and through, and there are valid reasons for which-ever.

I have a few questions for local investors and thank you in advance for taking the time to answer them!

1. Do you prefer to work with an Agent or Wholesaler, or both/neither ?

2. Is there a specific reason? ( if so, elaborate please)

3. What exactly are you looking for or expect from your Agent and/or Wholesaler?
