Hi Melissa,

I always recommend @Jason Roman of Shorewest Realtors.  I've known him for 6 years.  He's knowledgeable on investing and while not an investor himself yet he has plans to so he's speaks the language and understands it all.  

@Richard Davis III works out of Beaver Dam area so he would be an option as well. He has helped at least one investor that I know of.
