Investor-Friendly Agent on Philly Area
I own a duplex right now and am looking to buy some single family homes around the city right now, and possibly another duplex on the near future. But I'm having trouble finding a reliable Real Estate Agent in my area who is investor-friendly. It seems that most agents I come across are not quick enough or not responsive enough to help with the deals I find. So I've lost out on some potentially really good deals. Any tips or recommendations?
