Questions you ask when hiring an assistant?

I have an interview today to become a real estate agents personal assistant. I have a personal relationship with her already and we get along great. I have been a Virtual Assistant for a few years already but love real estate and would love to get my foot in the door and build meaningful relationships while I build up the cash to buy a rental. 

What are some questions I can ask her to make sure that we are a good fit for a business relationship?

Also, what is a question you wish your assistant had asked before they were hired?
