free real estate agent training

Hello All. Newbie here.

My main focus is getting started with my real estate investing business with rehabs, however I am the agent on my team (And a new agent at that!) With my real estate license, I am hoping to further network with other agents in terms of finding deals, but I am hoping to make a little extra pocket money by working with investors as an agent as well. I am looking for some free training online that is geared towards learning about the basics of being an agent and includes topics like negotiation and the HUD-1. (Again, with my license , my main interest is geared towards working with investors and not the traditional home buyer. Although, I believe it wouldn't hurt to learn more about working with them.
I am also interested in knowing if anyone has become a CIAS (Certified Investor Agent Specialist) and has gotten leads from listing their profile on the site. My market is Philadelphia and I happened to search for an agent that is certified on the site and only found three, so I believe this would be a great niche for me if it is even worth it.

Also the website is www.cias.com for anyone that is interested in learning more about exactly what that is, and any feedback from anyone that takes a look at the site is greatly appreciated! I would like to know if someone believes it is worth the money. Thanks so much!
