We are meeting with our first real estate agent tomorrow morning. We have some questions for him but I thought I would ask everyone what they think is important to discuss with him to ensure we have an agent that will be helpful to us in our search. Any suggestions?

You need an investor friendly agent.
He should understand basic repair costs in your area, value add opportunities,
How to run ARV comps,
And sq ft analysis.
