Hello BP!

Happy to post my first discussion question! I'm looking for a couple of insurance quotes on an investment duplex in downtown Fort Lauderdale I have under contract. I appreciate any recommendations as this is my first investment property.

Try reaching out to Bob Pepe at Pelican Insurance I've heard several local investors mention him in the past.
