@David Barnett A lot of people have been telling me the same, because in a sense your also building leverage with others which can give me a boost once I begin.so I’ll definitely be going to physical class thank you guys so much.!!

@Megan King thank you so much, I’ll be definitely going to the classes in person, I do have a lot of time kinda. I’m a cofounder at my lawn care company so my hours can be moved around, once again thank you so much!!

Hey, so I’m new to all this honestly and have zero hand on experience with real estate. I want to become an investor but have no money, and I want to get into becoming an agent to sell in the mean time and get a better learning experience with real estate hands on. But I don’t know where to start or what to do, should I take the online course or go to an actual class?
