Hello,

I have a Investment Group looking to acquire Single Family Rental Portfolios.

(10+ houses)

I am in my second year of Real Estate and have never done this type of deal before. Any suggestions or things I should be aware of as I find sellers to get the job done?

My suggestion is to identify property management offices (often they are real estate offices as well) and approach them with your client's wishes.  They may have clients whose properties they are managing and the clients are looking at liquidating.
