@Frank Patalano finding funding that makes sense is holding me back. I can find a deal but with pretty much zero money out of pocket to put towards the deal, I’m not sure how to get started. I see there are tons of different hard money and private lenders with all different rates and points etc. It’s confusing.

What are the main differences between getting a hard money lender or private money lender to fund a deal? Is one better than the other or does it just depend on the deal? I am a Realtor and know I can find the deal but don’t know how to fund the deal other than traditional mortgages.

@Kristin Kiddy that’s interesting. I didn’t think about that. I wonder if a property management company would even give me the time of day since they make there money by managing the properties but it’s worth a shot! Thank you

Hello,

I have a Investment Group looking to acquire Single Family Rental Portfolios.

(10+ houses)

I am in my second year of Real Estate and have never done this type of deal before. Any suggestions or things I should be aware of as I find sellers to get the job done?
