I really want to get into RE and I was thinking starting off wholesaling but Losing motivationAnd now just thinking about getting my real estate license in Arizona. What are the pros and cons for both? If there’s anyone in the Arizona area that could give me any advice it would be greatly appreciated

D4D in the Phoenix area and came across a few vacant properties I've did the research and got the owners info did not reach out yet. Unsure of what approach I take when calling! Any advice would be great!
