CA Realtor and Lender Combination: Advantage or Liability?
Any experienced California real estate agents out there that wear two hats on transactions as Realtor and lender have any feedback to share? Or any opinions for or against this from other agents or lenders? I am researching this model for a company in San Diego, CA. I have known many agents that have been successful doing both for clients.
Any advantages or liabilities? Hard to focus?

I can give you feedback from an investor.
When an agent shows me a deal and it not only has some lending estimates built into their ROI model but rather lending that's been approved and underwritten the deal, I'm much more likely to buy
