Real Estate Licensing
I am 17 years old and have no doubt in my mind I want to get into Real Estate. The only problem that scares me is all the risk with how much it’s cost to get started. However, I was wandering can you start a pre-license class before you turn 18 and have to apply to the Texas Real Estate Commission? I will be 18 starting September 19.
