I am 17 years old and have no doubt in my mind I want to get into Real Estate. The only problem that scares me is all the risk with how much it’s cost to get started. However, I was wandering can you start a pre-license class before you turn 18 and have to apply to the Texas Real Estate Commission? I will be 18 starting September 19.

I’m looking to get into real estate and want to buy my first house. I’m wanting to know how much did you put down on your first house? In addition, what are the pros and cons of buying and holding while renting it out until the market goes up and the pros and cons of rehabbing and flipping the house?
