I'd like to gain a handful of information regarding what to do before my license arrive.

Here are a few things on my schedule

When you as an new agent have nothing to do

• Be active & be engaged in the markert

• Go out and look at the home's in your market place.

• Go to the model home's and talk to the new sales rep

• Get a feeling get engaged and connected with your local market

just the action of putting yourself out there is going to help bring that business to you.

What are other important things i can be doing to market myself and become familiar with my market.

My goal is Studio City California at the studio city Keller Williams luxury location so I will be working in a higher-priced market. Thank you
