Northern Virginia Investor/agent direct mail question

Hi All,

I am a Real Estate agent in Northern Virginia and I am in the process of sending out direct mail pieces. I wanted to know is it required by law for me to disclose that I am an agent? My direct mail campaign is strictly for investing purposes and not for my real estate agent business.
