What free courses or learning material is best for realtors?

I’ve read millionaire real estate agent/investor and the ultimate beginners guide. Do you know of any free online courses?

Im in the top 1% of agents nation wide (Im not saying this to brag, but rather to tell you how I got here).  When I wanted to go full time into being an agent (I had been a part time agent for a decade) I looked at my my market place, I found the top company in my market...then I looked at what the top producing office in that company was.....then I joined that office and copied every thing the top agents in my office were doing.  With in a couple years I went from hardly selling anything to top 1% in the country.  

Surround yourself with other top agents and copy them.  Sure all the coaching and the world is great, and sure Buffini and all that stuff is great.....but it cant compare to surrounding yourself with greatness, emulating what those guys are doing and measuring yourself by their standards.
