Advice For A Young Real Estate Agent For Working With Investors

Posted

Hi there! I just turned 19 only a month ago, and am just about to wrap up getting my real estate license in Texas. I want to establish myself in the niche of working with investors. I love real estate and am very hungry to succeed. I would appreciate any advice anyone might have for a young real estate agent like me working with investors. Thanks :) !

Failure is not going to be an option for me.

I find that as an investor and agent, I have the credibility to sell the types of properties I own or have owned.  I do not have the credibility to sell assets I have not personally owned.  So if you want to work with investors, you need to actually be an investor.
