Buyers Agents in Southern Md/PG county

Hello BP Professionals,

I’ve been having a tough time finding an investor friendly buyers agent in my area. I’m a new investor looking to get started with homes in Prince George’s County and the tip of Southern Md (waldorf, la plata). Are there any BP folks out there familiar with an agent knowledgeable of these locations and who’s willing to work with investors?

He's in white plains but is all over southern Maryland. Understands the investor side of things and is good on market analysis and pricing.
