@Michael W. D. I am currently wondering as well if it is important for these accounts to be business accounts or if it is okay that they are just seperate personal accounts? I cant find any straight forward answers on the topic.

Post: House Hack or Rent an Apartment??

Hello All,

I am about to start my first big kid job after college and my wife and I finally have an income that is high enough that we feel comfortable investing in Real Estate. Our concern is that we have to stay in our current city for at least the next year as I am starting a new job, but after that, we plan on moving somewhere a little further south for the sake of some warm weather. Do you think it would be worth it to do a house hack even though we most likely will be moving to a different state in the next year or two? Or would we be better off renting an apartment until we settle down to start investing in real estate?

Thanks in advance for all of your responses!!!

Hey guys, just curious what your cash flow is on the deals you got through Martel and how you financed the deal?

Thanks in advance!

@Michael Glaspie thanks for the reply! I think you bring up a lot of good points. I am also hoping some who have done prior business with Martel will time in on this list.

@James Wise thanks! I like the straight forward answer. I think a lot of times we complicate the investing process. I like the idea of looking at it that way. A house is a house no matter who you buy it from.

I'm looking to start buying turnkey rentals in the next few months and I came across Martel turnkey. They seem legit, but I am hoping to get feedback from others who have purchased properties from them in the past. What was your experience? Pros and cons of working with them?

Thanks everyone!

Will there be another event like this in the near future?
