Good investment? Income producing properties on over 2.4 acres. Unit 1 is a single wide, 3 bedroom, 2 bath, 1178 sf & rents for $900. a month; Unit 2 is a double wide, 4 bedroom, 2 bath, 1920 sf & rents for $1200. a month; Unit 3 is a single wide, 3 bedroom, 2 bath, 1330 sf & rents for $1000. a month; unit 4 is a single wide, 3 bedroom, 2 bath, 1178 sf & rents for $900. a month . Each unit = an individual mobile home. Mobile home individual square footage per manufacturer. Total square footage per county Tax records. Most units updated and received newer flooring in 2018. Unit 2 and 3 received a new roof in 2018. Unit 2 received a new A/C in 2018. The double wide has central A/C plus an additional window unit which conveys with property. Two septic tanks on property & one water well. Tenant pays for individual yard up keep, electric, internet & TV. Owner pays water, sewer & trash. Storage shed on property for maintenance.
