I want toninvest in real estate and eventually create my own property management company. I have a baby on the way and I've been toying with the idea of taking my real estate license class and a leeway into investing. Is this course worth it? Will the education acquieed in the class beenfit me?

Having a license will not educate you on how to be an investor. You do need to be a full broker or work under direct supervision of a broker to do property management.
