What is the best brokerage in Upstate NY for a newbie?

I just finished my 75 hour NY REA course and would like to get some input from agents (particularly in Upstate NY) as to what the best brokerage is to start my new career. I’ve heard good things about Birkshire Hathaway but haven’t heard much else.
