Buyer-Broker Los Angeles
Greetings,
I am new to Real estate investing and currently reading a lot of books. I am now reading one by Larry Loftis about Investing in Duplexes, Triplets, and Quads.
The author says to find a buyer-broker who splits his or her commission with the buyer. He goes into say not every market has this type of broker.
I am wondering if Los Angeles does have this type of broker-broker. Can anyone tell me? i am hopIng LA does
Thank you.
Stephen
