What do I have to do to earn Investors business?

I worked with some Investors buying rental properties in Las Vegas already ranging from 30-40k condos to 115k homes(I didn't recommend that one because the cash flow was alot better on a 50-60k house but they wanted a certain area).

I was wondering what do you guys look for in a Realtor? I mean Las Vegas is a great place to Invest right now and I want to appeal to more Investors, so I can increase my business and buy more properties myself.

1. Listen to what the investors needs and wants are - locate properties meeting these needs & wants.
2. Put the investor's goals ahead of your own personal goals = avoid conflicts of interest.
3. Locate the best possible deals for the investor.
4. If doing all of the above well - ask for referrals to investor's friends and family.
