Need HELP finding property info for BPO, ASAP!
Hey everyone, I have a BPO due and I absolutely cannot find any kind of information on this particular property. I tried MLS, Zillow, Trulia, county tax records, etc..I am just looking for basic information that you would find on MLS including square feet, # of beds, baths, and a property archive report. Could someone PLEASE tell me other sources to find this information, or maybe even help me look for this property? This is the address:
5120 Ennis St., Houston, TX 77004.
I drove by and it looked like a multi family apartment complex. I would say a 2 unit complex.
Thank you so much for your help!

A couple of other things you may not have tried.
In my buying area, there is a town where the US Postal mailing addresses are different from the addresses that the tax assessor has on record; makes it a pain to sometimes figuer out info on a property. There is even one place where the street name isn't the same between the Post Office and the county assessor. Anyway, if you have that situation where this house is located, you might want to try and have the assessor do that lookup by mailing address.
I'd try to get the tax parcel number (if tax bills get escrowed, the servicer should be able to dig that up) to see if the assessor can do a lookup by parcel. And I'd even try to have the assessor lookup by the owner name.
The assessor has to have some kind of record that they use - you just have to figure out how to get to it.
