What are some good resources for a soon to be agent?

I was originally going to make this just asking for book recommendations (which I still would definitely like), but ill take anything. Podcasts, websites, you get the idea. Anything giving good advice on how to hit the ground running and shorten the learning curve when I get my license. Thanks!
