Property management as a niche

Hello all, I am a Realtor in Florida and considering adding property management under my belt through my broker. I am curious to any other agents that have done this. What specific services did you offer? Did you just list property and find tenants or are you offering full service property management to include maintenance and other similar vendors or just referrals? Any help would be appreciated.

@Nicole W.  First thing to do - Join NARPM.  From there, start your own company and focus on Property Management.  Winter is coming for Realtors making a living on Sales alone.
