Side hustle during vacation time
Hi I was speaking about investing in real estate to a friend and they asked if I would consider becoming a licensed agent. Up until that point I was only planning to invest in buy and hold rental properties. However, lately I've been thinking more and more about it and so I'm coming here for some feedback.
I do work a full time job that has me away from home for about 2-3 months at a time and then I'm home again for 30-45 days at a time. Would becoming an agent with this type of schedule be wise?

Hi Raina,
It would be tough to be an agent with your schedule. If you were doing for your investments only, then it is a solid play. It is a customer facing job. I find myself doing deals 7 days a week and late hours since I deal with Ca investors buying on the east coast.
