Moving to Seattle WA area
Hello everyone, I am currently a real estate agent in California and my fiancé and I are looking at a possible move to Washington State, in particular the Seattle area. Was just wondering if real estate agents are paid hourly or if they are paid by comission(or both?).. The research I've been doing seems like they're mostly paid hourly but could use input from some agents in the area or the state in general. Any info would help greatly and will be appreciated!
Thanks!
