Commercial or residential broker to Developer
I always hear that becoming commercial real estate broker is the best path for transitioning to real estate development. What's the reason?
My goal is to develop condos and apartment buildings. As a residential agent, we see a ton of a multifamily on the MLS too in San Francisco.
Is becoming a commercial broker a faster way to the top?
