New licensee: residential or commercial?
Hey guys,
I just received my Florida Real Estate Sales Associate license and am looking for work. I know starting out involves training and lower payout. I've received plenty of solicitations from brokers for new licensees, but am wondering if I should perhaps look towards commercial real estate since the numbers could be more profitable. Do commercial brokers usually hire new licensees? Any suggestions?
Im located in Miami, near Brickell area.
Thanks!
Mauricio
