Jared. I live in South Lake and have a realtor I use for some occasional flips but her knowledge is pretty vast on all types of investment properties. As you might know, Tahoe has a lot of bureaucracy and complicated laws so handling investment properties up here definitely requires local knowledge or you can find yourself in some serious trouble.
