Jared. I live in South Lake and have a realtor I use for some occasional flips but her knowledge is pretty vast on all types of investment properties. As you might know, Tahoe has a lot of bureaucracy and complicated laws so handling investment properties up here definitely requires local knowledge or you can find yourself in some serious trouble. She is amazingly responsive and very well informed. It's hard to find good realtors up here. The site won't allow me to post her contact info so PM me and I'll give it to you. 

Great recommendation Vincent. I don't have any problem working in that area so I'll start looking over there. I prefer Reno and the surrounding areas over Sac as the drive would be much easier. Thanks!

Hello BP community. I'm new and just wanted to introduce myself. I'm a resident of South Lake Tahoe, CA where I bought my first home and am currently rehabbing it. I love the work and I'm looking to buy a second property, all cash, to flip in either the Tahoe, Reno, or Sacramento. Any advice or recommendations will be greatly appreciated. 

BTW. Love this site. The podcasts are awesome and the available information on here is priceless. Thank you BP!
