If you're good at converting leads into face-to-face  appointments for more than just to be a pop tart real estate agent who runs out and shows the property to somebody then you can be profitable.  The vast majority of those leads will not purchase the property they inquired about and if they eliminate that property and you don't offer them something more that they will eliminate you as well.
