@Guy Gimenez I definitely agree with that and I have been looking for local as well as out of town/state wholesalers. I haven't found any good ones as of yet, but I am looking. Do you know of any good ones? Also how does it work throwing out offers on your own? What would the process be drone start to finish if you don't mind?

Hi there, I am a beginning investor and I am looking for an agent that is not afraid to throw lowball offers and multiple offers a week out. I am looking for places in Texas (I live in Abilene), as well as agents in or around Salem, OR. If you know of anybody or have suggestions please let me know. I have access to the funding.
