New Cleveland investor - should I get my broker license?

I'm a new Cleveland real estate investor, who's still working on my first deal. Would it be a good idea to get my real estate broker license to have quicker access to deals? I also think I could learn a lot about the whole home buying process. Did any of you do this when you were starting out or have any input for me? If not, are there any realtors you'd recommend on the west side of Cleveland. I'm specifically looking for multi family homes. Thanks, Marcus

This is how myself and a ton of other successful entrepreneurs started off in the business. Originally just got the license to buy my own properties didn't think I'd want to sell much for others. Then the commissions started rolling in. Today our management portfolio is $30+ Million. Getting licensed was the best decision of my life.
