Christopher Giannino I'm looking first as an agent. I'd like to start from here and move into investing. My goal is to be both when I start investing however I need to ramp up my experience an knowledge. Working towards my RE sales associate license and I want to start off within a brokerage firm however I know there are pros and cons to signing on to a firm. What are some questions I can use in interviewing firms to make sure it's beneficial for me as a newbie?

@Patti Rosepiler love your strategy. I was speaking with REI who suggested the buy and hold as well as hack strategies.

@Dionne Brunson did you make it out to yesterdays's REIA meeting? The main meeting is May 2nd, I'm planning to attend this meeting.
