Atlanta area Investor Friendly Realtor
Looking for an Atlanta area real estate agent I can work with that has an NAID number and can bid on HUD Home Store properties for me and can share pocket listings.

@David Patrick. You may be wondering why you have not received very many responses from agents. HUD Homestore homes are very labor intensive for agents without a lot of return on the invested time. Investors that prefer HUD property deals need to work very closely with their agent. Using a team approach with your agent may motivate him/her to work with you. Be sure to have your funding sources in place before approaching an agent. They prefer to work with serious Buyers. We have a NAID number and work with primarily serious investors interested in buying or selling. I would be happy to offer more detail if you are interested.
