I PASSED MY EXAM!!!!!

So not too long ago I wrote on here that I was going to be taking my real estate salesperson exam for Washington, D.C. and I have finally passed! On my first try I passed the state law portion. It was a lot easier for me than the general portion of the exam (probably has to do with the amount of questions). It took me 3 tries to pass the general portion and although it was frustrating, it made passing it so much more rewarding. Has anyone else had an experience like this?

I have decided on a commercial real estate brokerage with an investor prospective called Capital Investment LLC. I am excited to begin my career in real estate and save up to purchase my first investment property in the near future!

If anyone has any questions about anything or just want to say hi please feel free to connect with me! I'd be happy to chat with anyone.

ps. If you are taking the real estate exam any time soon I HIGHLY suggest going on quizlet and using that source to understand the terms. I will leave a link to one of them that I used or you can go on the website and type in "real estate national terms."
